Three movers closing up a truck at dusk, Pittwater sky behind
END OF DAY, PITTWATER SIDE

The idea we're built on

A move at the end of this peninsula is a carry problem before it's a transport problem. The hillside between Florida, Pacific and Sunrise Roads, the weekenders that live empty midweek, the long-held houses coming to their once-a-generation move, the wharves where the road gives up: none of it is exotic if you plan for it, and all of it goes wrong if you don't. So we made the planning the product. We walk the access before we quote it, we size the crew to the carry, and we charge the same three honest hourly rates for everything.

How we work, in five habits

  • Access first. The first questions are where the truck stops and what's between it and the door. Bedrooms come second.
  • The straight picture before the job. Crew, realistic hours range, what could stretch it. If we think two movers will cost you more than three, we say so.
  • No sight-unseen totals. An hourly rate and an honest estimate beat a confident guess that turns into an argument on the day.
  • Keys treated like cargo. Held, logged, photographed, returned. So much of our work happens with the owner elsewhere that trust is the operating system.
  • The quiet standard. Verges respected, neighbours knocked on, bends left passable, houses left as found. A small suburb remembers.

What we're not

Not a national brand's local landing page, not a franchise, and not a storage company: there's no container yard behind this crew, and we'll say so rather than sell you one. And we're not the theatrical end of "prestige moving" either. The houses here deserve real care, so they get real care, described plainly, priced by the hour, done by people who'd rather be precise than impressive.

WHY "THE LAST TWO KILOMETRES"

It's what this place is: the final stretch of a road that starts in the city and ends at Barrenjoey. The logo's stepped line is the same idea drawn: the level run, the climb, the landing. If you've carried a sofa here, you've walked the logo.

Where you'll find us working

Palm Beach, Whale Beach, Bilgola, Avalon, Clareville and Careel Bay, the areas pages read each one honestly, plus the offshore settlements across Pittwater. The rates are on the services page, the access questions are in the Carry Check, and the conversation starts at the enquiry form. We read every one and ring you back.
