What we collect
What you type into the enquiry form or the Carry Check handoff: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the suburbs involved, and whatever you tell us about the move and the access. If you attach photos of stairs or driveways, we receive those too. We don't ask for more than the job needs.
What it's used for
One thing: responding to your enquiry and arranging the move you asked about. That includes ringing you back, preparing your quote, and planning the job. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request; that's the machinery of getting your move done, not a marketing list.
What we never do
- No selling or renting your details to anyone
- No marketing emails or texts you didn't ask for
- No keeping access details (keys, alarm codes, entry quirks) beyond the job they belong to
Website basics
This site doesn't run advertising trackers, and there's no newsletter to be signed up to. The enquiry form filters automated spam with a hidden decoy field that only bots fill in; no puzzle for you, no data collected about you to do it. Standard technical logs (the kind every website generates) are used to keep the site working and are not mined for anything else.
Your details, your call
Want to know what we hold from your enquiry, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Say so through the contact form and it will be done. Australian privacy law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Australian Privacy Principles, sets the floor for how personal information must be handled; the practices above are written to sit comfortably inside it.
