A different mix of moves
Avalon is the one suburb on our patch where apartments are a real share of the work: roughly a fifth of its addresses are units, clustered near the village and the beach. That brings the move types the headland suburbs barely have, lift bookings, common-property protection, loading-zone timing, and they sit squarely with our two-mover crew at the $250 tier. The houses, meanwhile, climb the same green slopes as everywhere else here, North Avalon up toward the headland, the ridge streets behind the village, with the same stair-and-driveway questions we grade on every job.
Where the truck behaves, and where it doesn't
The village grid is friendly: wide-ish streets, real parking, deliveries all day. The edges are less so, the lanes off the beachfront pinch, and the ridge roads narrow as they climb. It's mild by Palm Beach standards, but "mild" still deserves a plan, so we make one.
The peninsula's service counter
For everyone north of here, Avalon is where the supermarkets are, and for us it's often one end of a job: downsizers trading a Palm Beach hillside house for a village-walk apartment, families going the other way for the bigger block. Those two-suburb moves are a Palm Beach Removals speciality for the dull, practical reason that we know both ends' access before we arrive.
Unit to unit near the village is often a same-day job for two movers. House to house up the slopes reads more like our home-ground work: run the Carry Check if either end involves stairs, and the quote will start honest.
